In April 2016 the UK's General Osteopathic Council signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Osteopathy Board of Australia, Osteopathic Council of New Zealand and the Australasian Osteopathic Accreditation Council in order to 'promote the exchange of information, streamline regulatory processes, share best practice and related activities between international regulators of the osteopathic profession.'
